Price for 2 persons (from 2028 + 2 euro/night):
- From 1 to 14 nights: 77 euro/night
- From 15 to 30 nights: 69 euro/night
- From 31 nights to 60 nights: 61 euro/night
- Longer period and year-end period: on request
For each extra person: 10 euro/night
This price includes: wifi, TV-Vlaanderen, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, parking space in the building.
For each rental period, a fixed price is charged for cleaning the apartment and washing all the linen:
- apartment E: 125 euro
- apartments G1 & G3: 95 euro
Registration: 20 euro (from 2028: 25 euro)
Deposit
We ask for a deposit of 200 euro for a period till 14 days, and 300 euro for 15 days and longer. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the apartment and/or return of the keys. Amounts may be deducted from the deposit in the event of damage to the apartment contents, theft or loss of keys.
We are not responsible for any accidents and damage to third parties.
